OASIS

Older Adults Sharing In Service, is an educational, inter-religious, enrichment program for persons 50 years old and older.
In September of 1998, we started this program with 10 classes and 70 students. It has grown to over 40 classes with over 475 class attendees per term. The program continues to grow with over 1000 participants since its inception, and has an excellent reputation throughout the area.
For more information, click here to visit the OASIS website. The site includes the latest course catalog and the registration forms.
OASIS classes meet on Thursdays for three
terms per year, 8 weeks per term - Fall, Winter, and Spring.
Classes meet for one to three hours during
the hours of 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. Some
workshops are conducted on Saturdays.
There is a small enrollment fee as well as extra fees for supplies in some classes.
Instructors volunteer their time and skills to the OASIS program. We also have many other volunteers that keep the program running by arranging classrooms, conducting registration, and helping with food service.
The program is managed by the OASIS Committee. David Cook is the director.
