Community Mission Project
September will be Missions Month here at FUMC. As part of that we are preparing for several missions projects. Several of these projects involve collecting various items for different groups. There are many elementary school children who are unable to purchase the necessary school items for classes. We are collecting binders, notebook paper, erasers, note cards, subject dividers, glue sticks, pencils, crayons and markers. Monetary donations are gratefully accepted as well for an emergency fund through the Union County Family Connections. We are also collecting can food items and women's toiletries for SAFE. All of these items may be bagged, marked and placed in the fellowship hall.
